Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06)Majority Whip
U.S. House of Representatives Congressman Tom Emmer joined the U.S. House of Representatives on January 6, 2015 and currently represents (MN-06).
Tom was recently elected by his fellow Republican colleagues to serve as Majority Whip entering the 118th Congress. Prior to that he served as Chairman of the NRCC during the 116th Congress and 117th Congress. House Republicans picked up seats in back-to-back cycles and reclaimed the House majority for just the third time since 1954. Tom also sits on the House Financial Services Committee and is a member of the House Republican Steering Committee. |

Larry SeyfriedManaging Director of Federal Legislative Affairs
Electronic Payments Coalition Larry Seyfried serves as Managing Director of Federal Legislative Affairs for the Electronic Payments Coalition (EPC). In that role he leads the EPCs outreach and lobbying efforts to Federal Government.
Prior to joining EPC, Larry worked at the House Financial Service Committee first under retired Chairman Patrick McHenry (118th Congress), then under current Chairman French Hill. At the Committee he focused on member services and coalitions. Before working at the Committee he was Senior Vice President of Government Relations at the American Bankers Association. There he focused on all outreach to House Republicans across the GOP Conference. Seyfried began his DC career working for former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor as a Senior Policy Advisor. Under Cantor he focused on financial services, technology and let his outreach to the business community. Larry is a graduate of Indiana University and lives in Old Town Alexandria, VA |

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please submit a written request to Cindy Parker, CMP, at [email protected] no later than Friday, February 7, 2025. Cancellations received by this deadline will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the conference. Please note: Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
After Friday, February 7, 2025, no refunds will be issued, including for no-shows. Additionally, fees cannot be transferred or applied to future DCUC events, meetings, conferences, or webinars.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions for attendees are welcome at any time. To process a substitution, please submit a written request to [email protected]. Please note: Verbal substitutions will not be accepted.

Hotel and Travel Arrangements
Attendees are responsible for managing and canceling their own hotel reservations, airline tickets, and car rentals. Any fees or penalties associated with cancellations are the responsibility of the attendee.
