WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Defense Credit Union Council (DCUC) is pleased to announce that Western Vista Credit Union, headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, has joined DCUC as a new member. Founded in 1940 as Wytel Federal Credit Union, Western Vista CU has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted financial partner serving more than 17,000 members nationwide. Originally established to serve Mountain Bell employees, the credit union has expanded its field of membership over the decades while remaining committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative financial solutions.
Today, Western Vista CU manages approximately $281 million in assets and operates branch locations in Cheyenne and Casper, Wyoming. Offering a full suite of consumer, business, and mortgage services, the credit union continues to invest in technology and personalized service to help members achieve their financial goals wherever they live.
