DCUC is going virtual to support this year’s annual conference charity

Virtual is “in.” With most in-person conference and fundraising events cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, organizations must get creative in order to meet goals and missions typically fulfilled during these events. DCUC’s Annual Conference and its “Showcase with a Purpose” are no different. With our in-person conference cancelled this year, DCUC is going virtual to support this year’s annual conference charity, the American Gold Star Mothers of Northern California.
This year’s fundraiser will feature our ever-popular Silent Auction and Patriotic Blanket Raffle, both held online via 32Auctions.com.
Our auction would not be the success it has been in past years without the generous donations made by our member credit unions, conference sponsors, and friends of DCUC. We hope that you will continue to support this great fundraiser.
If you are looking for ideas on items to donate, why not look for regional gifts that show off your area’s specialties? Here are five suggestions for regional auction items:

Other popular auction items include Yeti coolers and tech items such as Apple watches. Please keep in mind that all items will need to be shipped directly to the winners.

Help us support American Gold Star Mothers as they honor their children’s memories by raising funds for veterans, active-duty service members and their families, as well as other Gold Star families.
