Meghan Leach named Senior Contact Center Manager at Service Credit Union

Portsmouth, NH – Service Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Meghan Leach to Senior Contact Center Manager.

Leach will be responsible for overall management of the contact center representatives in both U.S. and Germany, all forms on member contact including phone, online chat and email, and team performance to ensure goals are met.  She brings 12 years of financial services experience. She will oversee more than 100 contact center employees.

Leach holds an associate degree in business administration from Mount Washington College and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Maine. 

She has been with the credit union for eight years.
